That does seem a little high to me. I am in Canada though! I always purchase through my travel agent and I get a cheaper rate because I’m under 30. My husband has to pay more because he’s over 30!

However, I’m constantly seeing that it’s one of the top recommendations for safe travels. In looking at pricing for a 6-week trip in Europe next summer I was quoted almost $600. Does this sound normal?? It seems pretty pricey to me and adds a lot of cost to the trip. Since I have nothing to compare it to, I have no idea if that sounds right or not. Thanks for all the tips!!

great idea! I don’t do this but luckily between my husband and I we usually remember. Although I have used the notes on my phone to write down restaurant names, etc!!
